Though their food was really good, however their customer service is so rude. I tried to made a takeaway order and the person (girl/teenage boy) who took the call was so rude and response was like something I am asking for free and he/she is not in a mood to sell their products.

Would highly recommend Cocos Chicken, coming from Malaysia i miss the hot and spicy KFC, Cocos chicken excels in flavours which is very close to home. Best part is, it is also Halal, making it inclusive for some of my Muslim friends to have a good meal together.(Ps try their briyanni, you will not regret it)

Waiting 25mins for a burger is absolutely ridiculous. I don't care how good the food is. Waiting 25mins for a burger is absolutely ridiculous.Edit... Got burger.. yes it was delicious, but it shouldn't have taken so long!Double edit: we have had many burgers since my other review and they are always fresh and super yum, so if it takes a bit longer for a fresh delicious burger, I'm willing to wait!! And it's around a 15 minute wait on average and that's pretty decent!

I tried this eatery on review from others & can say with confidence Cocos (Thornlie) has earned its reputation, my meal of choice today were Strips, Chips & a Coke.The Chips were warm, but that can't be helped as its hot outside, so the A/C was on full blast.The Chicken was really nice, a bit spicy, but I see that as a bonus more than a detractor & it had a higher priority focus than the Chips.The staff on today were exceptional, if a bit hard of hearing, but as with the Chips, that can't be helped. I imagine if I'd written my order down there wouldn't be any confusion.My experience may differ from that of others, but as the old saying goes: You Never Know Unless You Try"."

Crunchy chicken Burger - Juicy, crispy, flavour packed chicken burger with amazing sauces. Way better than the cheaper fast food chains and use of high quality ingredients. The overall crunch combined with the acidity from the pickles makes for a pleasant textural contrast .Spicy chips- One of the best chips I had in a long time. Perfectly cooked, crunchy and well seasoned accompanied with an extremely tasty hot sauce 5/5Great service and the management and team is all top notch! Highly recommend trying if you haven't done so already.

I came in the store and got served by a lady with hijab and blue jacket she made me the best burgers that i order also she was veryyy polite with a nice smile her and the kid made me the best food that took only a few minutes will be coming back for more thanks

If you're looking for amazing fried chicken like ones in Asian countries look no further. Cocos chicken in thornlie square shopping centre truly captures the many flavours that you can find in Asian country kfcs and McDonald's that you can't find in kfcs here. I find kfcs here have flavour in the skin but lacking depth of flavour in the flesh. While cocos chicken captures just that. Highly recommend. Hope to see the franchise grow soon!!!

Ordered takeaway around 9pm. the girl who took order, her shift finished at 9pm. The shop then only had one person. I was sitting in front of counter. Up to 9:30pm, they kept me waiting. At 9:30pm, I saw that they prepared the food but never called me or tried to look for me.Then I asked, whether the order is prepared or not. Then they served me the food.All this time, I was inside the shop, not moved a bit.

The food is great reccomend and cheap too menu looks nice looking forward to go again soon. The flavour is excellent and really filling after eating great lil shop
